Topics will include:
- Lippert Axles (4 hours): This course starts with a presentation on Lippert’s axles, brakes, and suspension products. Students will learn about product installation, adjustment methods, and troubleshooting techniques, with the aid of parts, pieces, and animations. After classroom instruction, students will have the opportunity to utilize our full-sized mock-ups to test the troubleshooting concepts covered throughout the course.
- Furrion Solar (2 hours): This course begins with a presentation discussing Furrion's solar options, including but not limited to inverters, converters and battery monitor. Students will learn an overview of the systems including replaceable parts. Following we will cover installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting. Parts/ pieces and animations will be utilized during this presentation. During classroom instruction, students will utilize the full-sized mock-ups for testing.
- Kwikee Steps (2 hours): This course begins with a comprehensive presentation on Kwikee motorized steps. Students will learn about various types of motorized steps, how to identify them, and which parts are serviceable. Following the classroom instruction, students will engage in hands-on activities with different step mockups to reinforce their learning.
- Solera & Girard Awnings (4 hours): This course provides RV technicians with essential training on Girard and Solera awning systems. Students will learn component identification, installation basics, system operation, and standard maintenance procedures. The class also covers key troubleshooting and repair techniques. Hands‑on practice with full‑sized mock‑ups reinforces learning and prepares technicians to confidently service both awning systems in the field.
- Above Floor Slide-outs (2 hours): Join us for an in-depth course on Above Floor Slide-outs. Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the system, including operation adjustments, maintenance, visual inspection, and troubleshooting techniques. The course will feature detailed parts, pieces, and animations to enhance learning. Following classroom instruction, students will observe full-sized mock-ups demonstrating the concepts covered and will engage in real-life scenarios to apply their troubleshooting skills."
- Motorized Leveling (2 hours): This course kicks off with a detailed presentation on Lippert's Motorized leveling system. We'll delve into replaceable parts, proper operation, and troubleshooting techniques, using parts, pieces, and animations to enhance your understanding. After the classroom instruction, you'll be guided to life-sized mock-ups that simulate real-life issues for live demonstrations of the concepts discussed. Finally, you'll receive quiz sheets to test your knowledge on the scenarios set up in the training bay.
- Alpha Roof Repair (2 hours): Lippert and Alpha Systems collaborate to offer a course on RV roof repair and replacement. Attendees will learn about common roof materials, maintenance, repair, and replacement techniques using adhesives and sealants. The session covers minor fixes and full replacements, with practical tasks like removing old adhesives and applying new materials.
- EuroLoft Bunk Lifts (2 hours): In this course students will learn about Lippert's Euroloft bed. This course starts off with a classroom introduction focusing on system and parts identification. What parts and pieces are serviceable and what would cause the entire system to be replaced. Students will then get hands on with miniature trainings aids meant to simulate real life scenarios.
